Located in Émerainville approximately one kilometre from nLighten’s existing PAR1 site PAR3 sits at the heart of Paris’s established eastern data center cluster. Together with PAR1 and PAR2, it forms an interconnected three-site Paris network, giving enterprise customers the foundation for more resilient architectures, dual-site deployments, and enhanced service continuity.
The facility is designed to support high-density and AI-ready configurations, with scalable power and cooling that can evolve with customer requirements. Anchor tenant oXya continues to operate from the site under a long-term master services agreement, while additional capacity is made available to enterprise customers through nLighten’s channel partner network.
PAR3 reflects nLighten’s broader commitment to distributed, locally operated digital infrastructure across France bringing proximity, performance, and digital sovereignty together as practical drivers of enterprise transformation.
