About the Event.

Join us in Düsseldorf for the nLighten Sales Kick Off 2026 (SKO 2026), bringing together our CCO organisation: sales & marketing, customer service, product management, (sales -) operations and leadership teams for alignment, inspiration and collaboration. Under the theme One Team – One Journey, SKO 2026 is designed to reflect on our shared progress, we aim to align on priorities for the year ahead and it will help strengthen the way we work together as one global team. Across the programme, you’ll hear from leadership, take part in interactive sessions, and collaborate with colleagues across functions and regions, all with a clear focus on setting us up for success in 2026.

Be concise – Share thoughtful and focused contributions.
Listen actively – Respect speakers and avoid interruptions.

nLighten will take care of your accommodation, meals, drinks and snacks throughout the programme. Any personal extras (such as minibar items, personal purchases or drinks outside the programme) will be at your own expense. A credit card is required at hotel check-in for this purpose.

Dress Code: The dress code for SKO 2026 is Business Casual, ensuring a comfortable yet professional atmosphere throughout the event.
